Quality system:
SPL was awarded their ISO 9001 certification in 1998. This particular quality system is examined and audited every 6 months by an independent agency. Every three years SPL undergoes a complete screening and check in which all procedures, processes and internal management is examined using standing ISO 9001 regulations. This ensures continuity and quality at the highest level. We stand firm on our belief that quality is the most essential trademark of our business and provide absolute assurance that it can be found on every level of our company, whether that be our staff, products and/or services. Guaranteeing quality by definition means a company constantly searches for new ways to improve a product to reach its full potential and thereby provide our clients with the best there is.
